I was under the impression that was what it was a steering device fro the nose wheel |

VRef +15 would be the same speed as VLS +10 for the correct Config. There are a few other failures where the number additive is different but at the end of the day it's basically the same speed. You will be at VREF +15 and VLS +10 Eg:--- F/CTL STAB CTL FAULT Manual trim not available ( something we did a year or so ago in an RT ) Status says fly Flap lever 2 and VLS +10 LDG data assessment says to use Config 2 and VREF +20 At the end of the day it's the same speed because VLS and VREF are different. VREF only equals VLS at Config Full. Let's confirm that with the QRH and LDG assessment using the above failure at 180 t VREF = 134 plus the additive 20 = VAPP 154 VLS Config 2 = 143 plus additive 10 = VAPP 153 |
